  • All shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly shown at checkout. No hidden fees.

4. Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days depending on location and product availability.
  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like carrier delays or supplier processing times.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • Orders ship via trusted national carriers. We may use FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS similar services based on destination and package size.
  • Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
  • Shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.

    • Carrier Name
    • Link to track your shipment 

7. Delivery Issues

Delayed or lost packages

  • Contact us if your order is delayed past the estimated delivery window.
  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order:

Damaged packages

  • Report damage within 7 days of delivery
  • Send photos of the packaging and the item(s) to support@bodyinnovationco.com
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund

8. Missing Items

  • If something is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Send your order number and the item details to support@bodyinnovationco.com, We will investigate and send a replacement or issue a refund 

9. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible products
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after we receive your return.

  • Please double-check your address when placing order
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
    • We will contact you to arrange re-shipment
    • Additional shipping fees may apply

11. Freight Shipping & Curbside Delivery

  • Many items ship via freight due to size and weight
  • Standard freight includes curbside deliver (not inside the home)
  • White Glove delivery is available on select items during check out.
